The 8th Annual Twin Rivers YMCA Freedom Run takes place in Valley, NE. Enjoy our small town charm and hospitality as we remember those we lost on 9/11. Our opening ceremony will include singing of the National Anthem and a 21 gun salute and a large American flag will be flying above the finish line.

The race starts and finishes at the Twin Rivers YMCA and follows a pancake flat course for each event. The race is USATF certified, run entirely on roads and built for a PR and fast times! This is a chip-timed event, complete with finish line photos for registered finishers of the 5k, 10k and half marathon.

We offer awards for top overall male and female performers, as well as the top 3 males and females in each race distance, respectively.
