ORC's Beginning Training Program for Women

Step into Running is an 11-week group training program for women and girls sponsored by the Omaha Running Club. The program targets beginners, those looking for group support or those wanting to take their running to the next level. Group support and encouragement during the training help participants increase their fitness levels and prepare for the Go Girl Run 5K on Labor Day.

EVENING SESSION:  Weekly evening training sessions are held every Tuesday, beginning, May 1, 2018, at Peak Performance, 519 N 78th St, Omaha, NE Time: 6:00 PM.
MORNING SESSION:  Weekly morning training sessions are held every Wednesday beginning Wednesday, June 20, 2018, at Peak Performance-HyVee Plaza, 3606 N 156th St, #102, Omaha, NE Time: 6:00 AM.

Sessions last 45 minutes to an hour and are comprised of 30 minute training sessions followed with stretching and helpful running tips.

Cost:  Free for ORC Members, $25 for non-members and includes a one-year ORC membership.
Pre-registration is not required.  Fees are nonrefundable or transferable.
