The women of the Gamma Delta Chapter of Alpha Xi Delta at the University of Nebraska at Omaha are hosting their annual AmaXIng Challenge: Step It Up 5K Run/Walk. All proceeds will go towards Autism Speaks.

The race will be held on Saturday, April 18th at Lake Zorinsky on South 156th Street, Park Shelter #5. The event aims to raise funds for Autism Speaks so that it can carry out its mission to increase understanding and acceptance of autism spectrum disorder; and advance research into causes and better interventions for autism spectrum disorder and related conditions. The morning will be filled with fun little activities including a treasure hunt for kids as well as face painting and temporary tattoos for all to enjoy before the race.
