14^th Annual Healthy Hearts Run (or walk) Saturday February 17, 2024. Join us to run or walk 1 mile or 5k on the fast, flat, out and back crushed limestone Homestead trail by the American Legion 701 Dorsey in Beatrice. Races start at 10:00 AM. Entry fee includes popular Long sleeve soft blend shirt, post race pizza & treats. NEW is year is Bib timing for Fast accurate results. Awards in youth only for 1 mile, 5k for Male/Female age groups, separate 5k Couples Division. Proceeds go to the Quilts of Valor for Veterans made by Freedom Quilters of Nebraska . Participants are encouraged to wear red and this is a dog-friendly (must be leashed) event as well!
