EVENT DETAILS
ORC invites you to get back to the roots of racing! A no-frills, all-fun, race series for racing's sake.
Join your fellow competitors on the green fields of Omaha's cross-country courses at both Walnut Grove and Chalco Hills!
- Race Dates 2025:
- Wednesday May 28th, 7:00pm at Walnut Grove
- Saturday June 14th, 7:00am at Chalco Hills
- Wednesday June 25th, 7:00pm at Walnut Grove
- Saturday July 12th, 7:00am at Chalco Hills
- (finale) Saturday August 2nd, 7:00am at Walnut Grove
- Registration for each race is day-of, and will open 1 hour before race start time!

After race refreshments courtesy of the Omaha Running Club for all participants(from juice and donuts to whatever the we feel like for the day!)
SERIES AWARDS
The top finishers in each race will receive prizes from local Omaha businesses! Know your roots!
Series awards for overall best male, female, and most-improved time:
- Series awards calculated from the average time of all races.
- Not completing one of the races doesn't disqualify - but will count as a time of 30 minutes
- Awards for top series male and top series female will be a gift card for a new pair of shoes to a local retailer amounting to a NEW pair of shoes / $125 dollars
- ...and at each race - all finishers have a chance at prizes just for finishing!

Registration Information
Day-of registration for all races opens 1 hour (so, 6am or 6pm) before race start and is $5 dollars.
