Join us for the 5th Annual Alex Lamme St. Patrick’s Day Dash on Saturday, March 21st at 11 am!

This event, which takes place at the Christensen Family YMCA Camp in Fremont honors the life of Alex Lamme, a 1993 graduate of Fremont High School and a 1997 graduate of the University of Nebraska where he excelled in both track and cross country. All proceeds of the event go to the Alex Lamme Award for UNL track and field athletes, FHS track and/or basketball scholarships and the Fremont Family YMCA youth programs.

Jump into a fun, fast and flat 5k that’ll take you on a course with sections of grass and pavement, or join in the 1 mile family walk! With these two options, there’s something for everyone of any age or ability.

Each participant will receive t-shirt (guaranteed if registered by March 12), chip-timed results, on-course and finish line photography, post-race food and drink and a great way to celebrate Alex’s life and his favorite holiday, St. Patrick’s Day.

We encourage everyone to ‘green up’ for the occasion and wear your very best Irish garb.

*All registrations are final and the race will be held rain or shine, unless it is determined by the Race Organizers that it is unsafe or logistically impractical to hold the event. All proceeds will be given to the Fremont Family YMCA Youth programs and the Alex Lamme Memorial Scholarships and there will be no refunds.
