Join us for the second-annual 5k run/walk at Lake Zorinksy the morning of September 14.  Cost is $25 per runner/walker if registered before September 1, 2019 and $35 after September 1.

Medals will be awarded to first, second and third place winners for men and women.  Racers will go out and back following the same route.  Bring the family for a morning of fun to support our military families.  Registration begins at 7:30 am.  Race begins at 8:30 am.

Greater understanding and awareness of PTSD will help veterans and others recognize symptoms and seek needed care.  Bring your family and friends.  We can all help those affected by PTSD!
