ADULT TRAINING PROGRAMS

DISTANCE CLINIC
Learn what it takes to get into distance running in a supportive, knowledgeable, and fun environment! This program is our yearly training group; taking people with a variety of running backgrounds – from brand-new to seasoned veterans – and preparing them for the half-marathon and marathon distance.
STEP INTO RUNNING
For over 30 years the ORC ladies Step Into Running couch-to-5k program has been going strong with about 50 ladies taking the program each year. This is a supportive beginner friendly training program culminating in the annual Labor day Go Girl Run.
LADIES GROUP
Ladies of the Evening is a group of Omaha Running Club women who share a common interest in running and walking. During their monthly gatherings of 15-30 women, they share running tips, set training goals, review regimens and build friendships.
TRACK NIGHT
Every Tuesday join the club for a workout led by track expert Gerald! Our track night caters to all abilities – you’ll find yourself having a great time with your fellow runners!
