What's a Track Night?
Each Tuesday, you can expect to follow our group leaders through:
A 10-15 minute warmup.
A 2-3 mile workout. Each workout will be described before you start!
A 10-15 minute cooldown
All Abilities and Backgrounds!
Were you a collegiate star? High school track champion? Never run on a track before? Our track night caters to all abilities - you'll find yourself having a great time with your fellow runners!
