These trail runs are hosted by the historic Eaton’s Ranch, the country’s oldest operating dude ranch located at the base of the Bighorn Mountains. All runners start on the lawn of the ranch, flow through a beautiful meadow, and then quickly change to single track where only horses, cattle, and trail runners roam! If you are looking for a true trail run experience, this is the race for you! Trails are primitive, runners need to pack their own nutrition, and wildlife is abundant.

This trail run will test your Wyoming grit! And, in true “Jeff” spirit, each race is “slightly” longer than your traditional 5k and 10k distances. Hence, the Jeff 5k and Ranch 10k nicknames. Be prepared!!!

To protect the integrity of the ranch, this is a cupless race event. Runners need to bring their own cup or device for water! Aide stations will provide water and gatorade for runners to re-fill.

Event shirt and race bag** included in price. Finishers will receive a commemorative Wolf Creek Wrangle finisher medal.
