The Indie is an annual 10k/5k/kids dash running road race hosted by the Benson Neighborhood Association in conjunction with Benson Days, a family-friendly summer festival that celebrates the neighborhood’s creative culture. Because of Benson’s hilly terrain, it’s considered one of the most challenging road races in the region. Starting at the corner of Maple and 62nd again this year.
