When: Tuesdays Beginning May 6 through October, 2025
Locations:
- Buena Vista High School, 5616 L Street by the Football Field -(1st, 2nd, 3rd and 5th Tuesday of the month).
- Elmwood Park (meet on the west side of the pool), -(4th Tuesday of the month unless otherwise announced).
Time: Warm-ups 5:45PM
Workouts: 6:00PM
Remember:
1. To bring plenty of water and sunscreen.
2. To give yourself plenty of time to make your way to the track.
3. There may be NO RESTROOM ACCESS, so be prepared for that.
If the track is unavailable, we will do a group run.
