Omaha Running Club Distance Clinic: Hills & Strength
When: Thursdays Beginning May 8 through Sept 18, 2025
Locations: 1. Chalco Sledding Hill by the Soccer Fields -(1st, 3rd and 5th Thursday of the month).
2. Peak Performance, 519 N. 78th St.-(2nd and 4th Thursday of the month).
Time: 6:30PM-7:30PM
Warm-up with an easy jog and dynamic stretches. Hill Repeats with intervals of Calisthenics. The exercises will be modified for different levels from beginner to advanced.
If you join the Omaha Running Club or are already a member, a marathon training plan leading up to the Omaha Marathon is available for beginning, intermediate or advanced, courtesy of Rischling Run Coaching.
