The LTC Spring Forward Run is the first race in the Lincoln Track Club series. It is perfect training for those spring full and half marathons. There are 3 distances: 10 mile, 5K and 1 mile, 8am, 8:05am and 8:10am (respectively). All routes start at the Lincoln Zoo continuing on roads through parks and the city of Lincoln.
