June has been designated as PTSD awareness month.  The purpose is to encourage everyone to raise public awareness of PTSD and effective treatments.

In an effort to raise awareness of PTSD, At Ease USA is launching its first-annual 5k run/walk at Lake Zorinksy the morning of June 9th.  Cost is $25 per runner/walker if registered before June 1, 2018.  Medals will be awarded to first, second and third place winners.

Greater understanding and awareness of PTSD will help veterans and others recognize symptoms, and seek and obtain needed care.  Bring your family and friends.  We can all help those affected by PTSD!
