TYPES OF RUNS, HEART RATE ZONES,  AEROBIC VS. ANAEROBIC RUNS (TEMPO RUNS, LACTATE THRESHOLD, ETC., EXPLAINED)

WHAT: A discussion of those running terms you heard of: aerobic v. anaerobic, heart ate zones and training, lactate threshold and delve into types of runs, such as strides, fartleks, hill running. Difference in training runs for marathon runners v. shorter distance runners.

 WHO SHOULD ATTEND: This is for anyone wanting to understand more about the scientific and technical aspects of training. All experience levels welcome.
