Take a step back in time and run or hike where the settlers of the west once walked!
These trail runs are hosted by the historic Eaton’s Ranch, the country’s oldest operating dude ranch located at the base of the Bighorn Mountains. All runners start on the lawn of the ranch, flow through a beautiful meadow, and then quickly change to single track where only horses, cattle, and trail runners roam! If you are looking for a true trail run experience, this is the race for you! Trails are primitive, runners need to pack their own nutrition, and wildlife is abundant.
Check out our website runwolfcreekwrangle.com for detailed race information. Also join our group on Facebook!
Race distances include 5 Mile, 7 Mile, Half-Marathon and 30K.
If you can’t make in-person on race day, we encourage trail run enthusiasts and Wolf Creek fans to consider participating virtually or making a donation still on behalf of Habitat for Humanity of the Eastern Bighorns. This race event is the largest fundraiser of the year for Sheridan Wyoming’s Habitat for Humanity!
****ALL RACE REGISTRATIONS ARE NONREFUNDABLE****
There is no race day registration. The last day to register will be on race eve during packet pick-up at Luminous Brewhouse from 4pm-7pm.
The entire race day will be full of fun and celebration! There will be Yoga with Monica on the lawn at 10am as well as Pete Za’s food truck, music, and beer (for those 21 ).
Run with us! Run the West!
