Join us for “The Mick”, the kickoff race for the 2024-25 Lake Manawa Winter Series.  The Mick will celebrate the founding by Mick Freeman of the Lake Manawa series nearly 50 years ago to provide an opportunity for runners to compete during the quieter winter months.  Mick hosted these races right up to his passing away this past June and they will continue in his honor.  Please mark your calendars and plan to help celebrate Mick’s life and many contributions to the local running community!
